Going to watch them tonight on Sky1.

What! thats crazy! I thought the first two episodes were good but added as many questions as they answered.

Its got the blueprint for an amazing last season.

I download too much, for the sake of a few days wait I'd rather watch it on tv, most things I download are because we have to wait months for them, if tv channels are prepared to put in the effort and get the shows on as good as US time, then I'll stave off being illegal

Just finished watching the first 2 episodes of the new season, they had their moments but I wasn't too thrilled to be honest.

Anyone else a little disapointed at the way the statue was destroyed?

Thought it was gonna be something epic.

Still the season is kinda plodding along.... some cool bits here and there (i enjoyed Richards Episode) but no amazingly explosive episodes yet IMO. I'm hoping that the last few are gonna be brilliant.

Just wanted to say i'm sad that Lost is done and i really enjoyed the finale. I know some people still don't get what happened, but i understood it completely and i thought it was quite impressive.

The Hype surrounding it was always gonna make it difficult to get praise.... but i believe they did a great job in a big subject area.... Faith!

Finally seen the end of it, I enjoyed it, heck I never thought the show would have a happy ending, and they did a damn good job of bringing back all the past characters.

yeah its always hard to end shows. But i think Lost did it fantastically.

there was heart warming moments and sad realisations but each character had their "Moment" and i'm happy with that as they were all part of making the show so special.

Its a common saying that you miss things more when they are gone, but i can't see any show either currently running or on the horizon that can appeal in the same way as Lost did.

Michael Emerson has revealed that the Lost epilogue scene seems to set up a new spinoff series.

The actor - who played Ben Linus on the show - admitted to IGN that the 12-minute mini-episode, available on the forthcoming DVD boxset, hints at further adventures for Ben and Hurley (Jorge Garcia).

"It does seem [like a spinoff]," he explained. "It leaves the door open that way."

However, he denied that the writers who worked on Lost were actively developing a spinoff project.

"I don't think it was their idea to leave such a door open," he said. "And, of course, those writers will never convene again on this material and this cast will never be all in the same place again. But who knows?"

Emerson previously confirmed that the epilogue would be "lighter" than the series finale.

The final season of Lost will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on September 13.

^ For anybody interested that hasn't seen it, the epilogue has been available online for a little while now.

Personally, I thought that the season finale was absolute shite. Maybe I'll elaborate when I can be bothered to.  :P
